These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Point Strategist at pointstrategist.com and all related services (the “Service”), operated by Connecticode LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Point Strategist provides AI-powered loyalty points optimization tools, including program valuation analysis, redemption recommendations, and transfer partner guidance. The Service is available in both free and paid (Pro) tiers.
2. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Free and Pro Plans
The free tier provides limited daily optimizations. The Pro subscription ($2.99/month or $19.99/year) unlocks unlimited optimizations, enhanced AI analysis, and priority support.
Billing & Auto-Renewal: Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is processed through Stripe by Connecticode LLC.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of subscription. Contact us at support@pointstrategist.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws or regulations, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse engineer or copy the Service, overload our systems through automated means, or resell point valuations commercially without permission.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Point valuations, redemption recommendations, and transfer partner analysis are generated by artificial intelligence and are based on publicly available data. Point values fluctuate and are estimates only. Always verify current valuations and availability directly with the loyalty program before booking. Point Strategist is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.
6. No Affiliation Disclaimer
Point Strategist is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any loyalty program, airline, hotel chain, credit card issuer, or bank. All trademarks and program names belong to their respective owners.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding associated with Point Strategist are our intellectual property or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Point Strategist and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules. Connecticode LLC is registered in the State of Connecticut.
